Legitimus.IO provides curated links to official European legal documents from 32 jurisdictions, optimized for use with AI research tools like NotebookLM. The Service includes:

• Access to organized links to official government legal databases
• One-click copy functionality for NotebookLM integration
• Search and browse capabilities across jurisdictions
• 7-day free trial period for new users

3.1 Account Creation: You must create an account to access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial period.

3.3 Paid Subscriptions: After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at EUR 19/month or EUR 190/year.

3.4 Student Discounts: Verified students receive 50% off yearly subscriptions (EUR 95/year). Proof of enrollment is required.

3.5 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4.1 Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.

4.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are in Euros (EUR).

4.3 Refunds: Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected] to request a refund.

4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5.1 Permitted Use: The Service is intended for legal research, education, and compliance purposes.

5.2 Prohibited Use: You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements

The curation, organization, and presentation of legal document links on Legitimus.IO is our intellectual property. The legal documents themselves are public domain materials provided by government sources.

You may use the links for personal or business research but may not reproduce or redistribute our curated database without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legitimus.IO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swiss courts.

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
